kadoxhk n8n Automation

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how kadoxhk n8n Automation ("the Application", "we", or "us") handles information when connecting our own Pinterest account to automated workflows using n8n and the official Pinterest API. The Application is an internal tool and is not offered for other Pinterest users to connect their accounts.

1. Information We Process

To operate the Pinterest integration, the Application may process our authorized Pinterest account identifier, board identifiers, Pin identifiers, Pin titles and descriptions, image URLs, destination links, publishing status, API access tokens, and related technical error information. We may also process content drafts and publishing schedules supplied by our team.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information solely to authenticate API requests, identify the intended Pinterest board, prepare and review content, create and publish approved Pins, manage publishing schedules, monitor results, and troubleshoot technical problems. We do not sell Pinterest account information or use it for third-party advertising profiles.

3. Legal Basis and Scope

The Application is designed to operate only with a Pinterest account that we own or are authorized to manage. We process information as necessary for internal business operations and authorized account management, subject to applicable law and Pinterest's developer requirements.

4. Services and Data Sharing

The Application communicates with Pinterest through its official API and uses n8n to execute workflows. Data may be handled by the infrastructure hosting our n8n instance and by other service providers that we expressly configure for content preparation or storage. We share only information reasonably necessary to perform the relevant operation. Each external provider operates under its own applicable privacy terms.

5. Storage, Security, and Retention

We seek to restrict access to authorized administrators and use appropriate technical safeguards for credentials and workflow data. API credentials are intended to be stored in protected application settings rather than publicly exposed pages or posts. We retain operational information only as long as reasonably needed to manage the integration, investigate errors, meet legal obligations, or maintain necessary records, and delete or anonymize it when no longer required.

6. Account Authorization and Disconnection

Authorized administrators can discontinue the integration by disabling the relevant n8n workflows and revoking Pinterest authorization through available account or developer controls. Revoking authorization prevents future authorized API access but does not automatically delete content previously published to Pinterest.

7. Public Pins and Destination Links

Content we publish to Pinterest, including Pin titles, descriptions, images, and destination links, may become publicly visible under Pinterest's platform settings and policies. Third-party websites reached through destination links have their own privacy practices.

8. International Processing

Service providers and infrastructure used for the integration may process information in jurisdictions outside the location of the account operator, subject to applicable protections and service terms.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if our workflows, service providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be revised when changes are published.
